Returns and refunds
Due to the manufacturing method of our products and its originality, we are unable to provide exchanges at this time. If you wish to make an exchange, we recommend that you return your eligible item for a refund and purchase a new item in exchange.
We use existing overproductions and leftover textiles as raw material for our designs. Most articles of our collections are made from already existing garments. Most of the clothes for sale are unique items, an exchange with an identical article is mostly not possible for this reason. A unique item remains a unique item.However it is possible due to the leftover textiles we use, that more than one of the same item can be produced. These items remain all unique based on the production method, but can appear similar and just differ in size or color.
All items are checked for quality and are washed, but certain traces of the past are considered welcome because they suggest uniqueness and give the products a historical narrative. This is a fundamental part of the work of NCCFN. If, upon receipt of the goods, you do not agree, you can cancel the purchase and return the item in its original packaging and with no alterations.
To Return a Product
Returned items must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, and must be returned with the original tags and in their original protective packaging. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded.
For hygienic reasons hats, underwear cannot be returned/exchanged.
All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
You can cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days by returning the item(s) to us.
To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the order confirmation email and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Card companies usually take 0 to 5 days to return the payment back into your account. However, it can take 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your printed credit card statement. Please check with your credit card company in case of doubts.
If you would like to inquire on the status of your return, please provide us with the tracking number provided by your mail carrier and your order number.
Returns can take between 1 to 7 days to be processed for refund from receipt at our facility. The 14 days return policy counts from the day the order was placed till the post stamp of the return sending. Returns that fall outside of these days won't be accepted.
To Return a Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please email us within 14 days of receipt and include your order number and images of the damaged or incorrect item(s) you received. The return shipping cost will be covered by us or refunded to you. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund.
