Applied Utopia

NCCFN is a network of designers and (craft)-workers that uses fashion as a medium to understand and address the ecological problems caused by the fashion industry. The collective works with the existing, with remnants of overproduction and disposed garments and is interested in a critical discourse around globalized production cycles and the notion of origin. The  exhibition contain fragments of thoughts and an attempt to poetically disentangle the industry’s current dichotomies and challenges:
